Due: Sunday, 11:59 p.m. EST of Unit 1.
Points: 100
Overview:
Understanding similarities and differences between the agile Scrum frameworks and
other agile methodologies, and how agile is fundamentally different from the traditional
waterfall project management method is important. The project selection method plays
a critical role in how time, cost, and scope of your project is managed and ultimately
affect project success and acceptance.
In this assignment, you will compare and contrast the agile Scrum framework and other
agile methodologies.
Instructions:
• Compare and contrast the agile Scrum framework and two other agile
methodologies.
• Explain how the agile framework differs from the traditional waterfall method.
• Provide an example of an agile project versus a traditional project and address
how the agile manifesto values apply.
Assignment Guidelines:
• Three pages in length, excluding the Title and Reference page.
• APA format, including in-text citations for referenced works.
• At least two resources.
Be sure to read the criteria, by which your paper will be evaluated, before you
write, and again after you write.
