Experience: Previous employment or related experience that is required for the position.

Education: A minimum level of education is needed.

Responsibilities: The tasks and obligations that come with the job.

Performance metrics are numerical measurements used to assess employee performance.

Variable Characteristics:

Communication Skills: Capacity to communicate ideas and facts clearly.

Skills for Solving Problems: The ability to evaluate and resolve intricate issues.

Adaptability: The capacity to change course when necessary.

Potential for Leadership: The ability to guide and motivate others.

Innovation: The capacity for original thought and creativity.

These characteristics can be included into job descriptions and performance reviews to help us build a more thorough and impartial framework for evaluating staff members.
