Attach a two page, double-spaced essay (using Times New Roman 12 point font) addressing the following:

  1. Describe the reasons you wish to become a Radiographer;
  2. Describe your reason for selecting CCBC Radiography Program over other radiography programs;
  3. Describe your research into the field of medical imaging, besides this course;
  4. Describe what professional ethics means to you; and
  5. Go to:  On the first page, under Learning Outcomes, pick 2 Learning Outcomes and write a paragraph on each. Describe how that Learning Outcome is important to the field of Radiography.

The essay MUST be written in your own words.
